Guarantee applies to attorneys only. If you are not satisfied with your template you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a partial refund. We will refund up to 80% of your original purchase price, or you can receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift certificate that can be used at any LegalPPM website. All refunds are paid by check and sent via U.S. Mail within 30 days of receiving your returned merchandise. See below for instructions on returning merchandise.
How to Return Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned by copying all downloaded files onto a CD along with, proof of deletion from your computer system, your state and license#, and a notarized statement agreeing not to use, sell, or distribute our product. To prove you have deleted the files follow these steps:
Drag the files to the "Trash" on your computer system
Open the "Trash" file and position the PPM files so they are clearly visible
Press "print screen"
Send the screen print to your printer
Empty the "Trash" file
Press "print screen" again showing your PPM files have been deleted
Send the screen print to your printer again
Important note: Make sure you include both screen prints showing the first step of deletion and the final step.
Non-Attorney Refund Policy
Developing a Private Placement Memorandum requires experience. If you are inexperienced it is likely you will misunderstand the use of our product and/or become frustrated. We do not recommend purchasing our product if you have not developed a PPM in the past and/or cannot afford an attorney to develop a PPM on your behalf. Moreover, since we make our site openly available on the Internet we cannot stop consumers from purchasing our products. However, we can issue a WARNING: IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR TRAINING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING DOCUMENTS, AND YOU PURCHASE OUR TEMPLATE, WHICH IS DESIGNED FOR TRAINED PROFESSIONALS, YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Therefore, on receipt of your approved order your product is sent from our internet servers. Your product is then available via download. If you cannot download your product due to security software or other issues you may request to receive your order via email or U.S. Mail Service. Once we receive your order and your product is available for download we DO NOT give refunds to Non-Attornies for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Credit Card Authorization and Charges
Your Credit Card Statement will show your charge as LegalPPM. You may also see a line item note regarding LegalPPM. All agreements made or implied are with LegalPPM.
